Q. I have been looking for a house to buy and I don't have much money. Some of the ones under forclosure are estimated at a price I could afford. I know nothing about dealing with forclosures and auctions and stuff, and was just wondering if the estimated price is usually around what they sell for (or what the winning bid is), or is that just the starting price?
