Are More . Sellers. Staging Today? It sure seems that way. No doubt, that's because every $1 spent on staging can easily add $3 (or $10) to the value of a home. And because, in a Buyer's market, there are lots of competing homes for sale, ...

What is a real estate disclosure form? (Mass)?
Q. I looked at possible property to buy and was told I had to sign a Masschusetts Real Estate Disclosure form. Does this mean if I buy a different property from another agent or real estate firm I would be in any sort of legal situation? I was not interested in the property she showed me, and I don't want to work with her. She said in Mass there were no exclusive buyer contracts, and that it says she explained her role as a buyers agent and tells the sellers agent we have been working together to find me a home. Doesn't that kind of sound like she's my agent if I buy something from someone else? Thanks Still not sure what the answer to this question is... NH agent, I don't have a copy of it, hence me asking here. I can read, so I would have… [cont.]

A. After some research i have modified my response: Check out this link: If this is the form you signed, it is simply letting you know about your options as a consumer and it is not binding you to a specific realtor.

Is there anyplace else besides eBay to sell stuff?
Q. The fees on eBay are high and they seem to protect sellers who list mass quantities of items at what I pay for them at the store. When you combine the item and the shipping fee some people charge it is less than what I can buy the item for and mail it. eBay seems to be a place where people fence items and they are protected. It isn't like you got a gift you don't want or bought an outfit you no longer like and are trying to sell it. The individual that complained about my pricing had over 180 childrens items listed at the price I would pay at the store before tax and the shipping charge was not enough to cover the shipping and the fees. I checked out Amazon but they seem to have an even higher fee.

A. YES there are other ways to sell items online besides ebay. But you're correct with Amazon -- it can be expensive UNLESS you join their Pro Merchant Program which has a monthly subscription fee of $39.99 (unless you sell regularly and lots of items join this program) 1. Niche auction sites WineBid Penbid.com LabX Just Beads! Pottery Auction Sedo IronPlanet Playle Bid4Assets 2. Yahoo! Auctions 3. Overstock 4. Amazon.com 5. Liquidation Marketplaces such as UBid Liquidation.com 6. Local Buyers LiveDeal.com Craigslist Yahoo Classifieds Newspaper classified ads 7. Live Auction sites such as Bidz.com 8. Your own website instead of selling through a different auction sales… [cont.]
