Contact the lender one more time and tell him/her that you will be stopping by the bank at a specific time and day to pick it up. For instance you might say, "I will be out running errands this afternoon so I will stop by at 1:30 to pick it up." Then see what they say. You can always keep asking to speak to a supervisor. If the loan officer won't help, ask to speak to his/her supervisor. If you can't get anywhere there then ask to speak to that person's supervisor. Keep going until you get what you want. They should have a copy of the appraisal in your loan file so it shouldn't be too difficult to give you one. Really, you should have gotten a copy before you closed on the loan. Pay the $30 because no site can give you a real estimate on a mobile home they have not seen. Is it in a park or on some land? Truly, I was in the business of selling mobile homes for about a year and none of them are worth the money. You are much better off paying rent on an apartment and saving your money until you have a down payment on a real bricks and mortar home.
