There is an auctioneer in my area who will have big auctions in a local warehouse but would prefer to have "Estate" sales because they draw more people who will be looking for old family treasurers. Maybe you should look for that type of venue - who says the items have to be from that estate. Or just sell it to an antique dealer or on consignment at a used furniture store.
